Your Return 

I hope we do not need to use this page, but, accidents happen! Read through these instructions carefully. We want to make any return as hassle free as possible for our valued customers.

You must notify us by phone or email within 20 days of receiving your order, describing the reason for the return.

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, with full instructions for returning the product.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

The customer will be responsible for all costs in returning the item to us, including, but not limited to packaging, shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance.

We recommend that you track and insure your return.

If items are lost, stolen, or damaged before we receive them, you will not receive your refund. A separate claim will have to be taken against the shipping source you used to return your product.

Once your return package is received we will investigate the situation. The options of exhchage and/or refund are open for settlement on your claim. We will keep you fully informed on the process we are taking. We expect to make all returns a smooth and hassle free experience for our customers.

We will replace any defective item. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items.
