Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Washington,

Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, New York 
 
Cities where stun devices are illegal:
Annapolis, MD, Baltimore, MD, Howard County, MD, Chicago, IL, Denison/Crawford County, IA, District of Columbia, Philadelphia, PA
 
If orders are placed from the above mentioned illegal areas, we will refuse the sale of that item. You may still order the items that are not restricted in your area. 

Pepper Spray Information Pepper Spray is LEGAL in all 49 states.

New York - Must be purchased from a New York state licensed firearm dealer or pharmacist.
"NO PEPPER SPRAY TO NEW YORK STATE"  
We will drop animal repellants to the state of New York.

However, possession and/or use may be regulated or prohibited by law in some jurisdictions.

Massachusetts - Must have Firearms Identification card (FID)
Michigan - Specific pepper or tear gas Formulations are required
Wisconsin - Special State formulation does not allow UV DYE.
